We have sold these turntables to major record companies, national libraries, and professional sound restorers around the globe. All of our turntables adhere to basic conventional standards, i.e., they require that you have a hifi amplifier or receiver that has a phono input. In recent years, this feature has become less common. If you have an amplifier that has only high level inputs (usually labeled "Aux'), you will probably need a preamplifier.
